Default Issues with BES Services

I added my work email to my device. Now, after each battery-pull, I notice that certain BES services re-provision/re-activate: Content Protection, Cataloging/Indexing. This severely impairs the performance of the device for about 10-15 minutes. I notice it, specifically, on my text messages which are virtually unavailable during this period. WHen I access them, it looks like all the previously received messages are being re-processed for the first time.

Suggestions? Tips?

Being on BES does make boot-up take significantly longer. I don't know any way around that.

I have to agree with Jeff as BES takes different paths than BIS and takes more info loaded unto the device making boot up time much longer like Jeff said.
