I have .419 installed right now, but this has happened on every OS install that i've had.
I will start to go to a webpage, whether it be google or espn or whatever, and when im trying to load the page, there is always a slow buildup to 20% of loading. After a few seconds at 20%, it will then go the rest of the way. However, it is extremely frustrating and is really annoying when it should take google very little time to load. It also does this for bolt browser as well. Same 20%. Is this something wrong with my tour specifically you think, or is it an OS issue?
Every time i reinstall an OS, i wipe everything clean. i usually even reinstall apps straight from the websites and dont even back them up. What could be causing this?
