    Quick question, still have issue with My tour with Trackball and freezing up.. I have clean up memory. still lags at time.. If I were to misplace it and pay the 50 dollars, will they give me an option to upgrade to the Bold or would i have to pay retail?

    If you have issues and have insurance why dont you go exchange it? No one here is going to encourage you to commit fraud.

    Just do a warrenty replacement for it. What you are wanting to do is fraud and most here wont condone that.
