I have recently got the tour it came with a belt clip pouch. When i receive incoming calls with th phone out of the pouch it displays the name and number of people saved in my contacts. when the phone is in the pouch and i pull out of pouch when a call is coming in it just shows number as if i didnt have it saved to contacts. please help is there a way to fix
