Ok, maybe I'm ******** but I can't find this in any of my searches. Essentially, I just moved onto a 9630 from an 8830, and I want to move some icons around. I noticed, however, that there are folders that have some of the programs I want on the "top level," some top level items I want in folders (so I can organize and hide them effectively), etc.
Some present the option to move, some do not. Is there any way to have free reign over my icons?
From what I understand, you want to move icons out of folders onto the main home screen. If so, roll the trackball so that it's "on" the icon you want to move out, press the BB/menu button, select Move to Folder, and select Home.
