I got my BlackBerry Tour from Alltel in October, and when I was doing the initial setup, I chose only English, so all other languages were taken off I guess, and I now have no option for changing it. I decided I want to use it in Spanish, but I'm pretty sure the only way to do that is to reinstall the BlackBerry OS. I don't even know how to do that, though. I even tried resetting it to factory defaults, but it never gave me the language option. I know I can download the Multilanguage OS from the BlackBerry website, but it only downloads as EXE and that is unusable to me since i have a mac. Any suggestions????
well, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the languages were offered after one of the more recent OS updates. Maybe if you redownload the operating system to your blackberry, it will start from scratch, giving you the language select window again.
