I don't know, but a good working 9630 is going to be taking a significant drop in terms of resale value now that they're being discontinued and replaced by the 9650s. I bet someone would take it for parts though or pick it up cheap and replace the screen. Maybe $50-100? Just my wild guess based on close to nothing. I would say your best bet would be trying to sell it "as is" on ebay.

Replace the LCD yourself. Google for it or possibly Amazon.com
It is not hard to do.
I would be afraid to do this personally, but [HERE] is one of the cheapest I found. I have never used this supplier, however, so I don't know about their dependability.
