    I just got a replacement tour..( trackball issues) and i activated it and now i cant see messages that i just sent or read new ones that i just received... i can see the indicator that says i have a new message but when i go into the sms part there is no new messages there.... Any ideas before i call verizon?

    BTW.. i have tried battery pulls.

    Dial *228 and select option 1. If that doesn't work then do the service books. The way you do that is to go to BlackBerry Internet Service register your phone and then on the left hand side menu at the very bottom it says service books. You go into that screen and you can send them to yourself.

    Log into the BIS website and you can do it from there...also you can do it from the email settings icon on the Tour...there is an option to send service books...
