    I use to be able to download e-mail attachments. Now when I try, I select the folder where I want it to download, my 'documents' folder on my SD card and it allows me to. After I click 'ok' it does nothing. It doesn't lock up, just does nothing. Any help?

    well i just tried with a different e-mail address and it worked. any suggestions though? thanks.

    Log into your BIS, delete that email account. log out, log back in and setup that email account again. And send the service book. It worked for me.
