need some help from all crackberry master.....

I have a 9630 which can use 2 frekuensi cdma or gsm frekuensi,
in this case i want to use cdma frekuensi,
in my country (indonesia ) we use an spc code to unlock that phone

I have been try to unlock 9630 my self with a 9630 loader and unicdma tool
but in this case my uni cdma cannot detect my phone information,although I changed that com port and baudrate

please help me????give some advice master...
