Hello guys,
My friend recently bought a blackberry tour, i told him to buy it disregarding the fact that he is a tmobile user. I have everything working, email, PIN, voice mail. The only thing i have not been able to set working is the web browser. The browser is inactive and not shown in the menu; i have to go to the quick menu to see the browser and when i go there it tells me that i need to send the service books. I logged in into tmobile and set my device as a blackberry javelin and created an email which is working perfectly, and clicked on send service books but as you can see, nothing happens. What solution do I have to get the browser to work?
