How do you create a filter so that after doing it only your BES emails show up in the messages folder?

Ya, I'm familiar with that App. However, I know there is a way to create a filter so that only BES emails show up in the messages folder as I saw it on this website but can't find it again. We you first open messages, everything is there, however after doing this filter, only bes emails show.
