How do i wipe device?
I am going to have to exchange my Tour because of some of the problems I am having (Trackball, OS lag, and a few others). I am on my way to the store and I just figured out I don't know how to wipe the device. I know that you can and I am sorry if this posted somewhere else but I wanted to ask. Thanks to anyone that knows how.......

Go to Options>Security Options>General Settings>Press Menu Key>Select Wipe Handheld

Options...Sercuity Options...General settings..hit ur blackberry button..wipe handheld
Current Device: Blackberry Bold 9650

You can wipe everything or leave your apps. Whatever you want

It would be wise though to back it up on your DM before you make the switch and wipe it
