I'm told that my Outlook 2010 on my new Windows 7 laptop is not compatible with my Blackberry Tour 9630. Is there another way to sync until Blackberry becomes up to date?

Install the 32-bit version of Office 2010, not the 64-bit version. You cannot just install 32-bit Outlook. The entire Office suite needs to be the 32-bit version.

    outlook mobile compatibility

My new Win 7 laptop works OK with Outlook 2010. Win 7 is 64 bit but I installed Office 2010 as 32 bit. Then installed BDM. Works fine. The one thing I do not like though is the fact that my contacts went into the Contacts on Outlook 2010 and the Address Bookis empty. I can't see my contacts in the address book, only when I click on Contacts. So when I click on "New email" and then click on the "To:" button I get nothing to choose from. To email someone I need to open contacts, then right-click and choose to communicate with them via email. Sort of sucks. Anybody know a fix?
