Having trouble setting it to alarm only. I thought bedside would do that but my alarm didn't go off. Any help is appreciated

Go to the clock and once you open it just hit the BB menu button and scroll to options... That will let you choose the sound of the alarm and most important the volume. Options will also let you choose bedside mode if you like as well.
