Tour is my first BB and I'm very new to this. Can you tell me how I can retrieve older emails that was already sent to my email account? Right now, I'm only receiving new emails, but the old emails that's in my inbox before I got my bb is not retrieving to BB.
BlackBerry devices don't really work that way. If you're referring to messages you got in your inbox (say @yahoo) before you got your Tour you won't see those in your BBerry inbox.
The BBerry inbox contains copies of received messages, it's not a client to your existing inbox on a mail server.
