How do I remove BES configuration from you Tour

I am the original ownerand have been using Blackberry protect. Now suddenly, I receive and error from BlackBerry Protect that it be installed on a device that uses Blackberry Enterprise Server. I do not have an Enterprise server as I use the phone for non personal use only.
How do I turn off or disable the BES service onmy device?

I would call your provider first and make sure that they did not turn on the Blackberry Enterprise data package by mistake. The BES service is nothing more than a service book that just passed down to your phone from the provider.

If it is on by mistake and they fix their error, then do a battery pull. That will reload the service books and should remove the BES book.
