What country are you in?
Do you have an active BlackBerry Data Plan?
From where did you get the device?
Is it new or used?

Am From Nigeria,My carrier is MTN, I want to configure before requesting for a data plan,The device is also showing Activation Required on the top screen. I really don't know the steps to follow since I was made to understand that I can only manually configure the device manually.
