    I just got my blackberry tour for sprint and plugged it in yesterday through desktop manager. It said no update available. I thought 5.0 was released for sprint.

    5.0.0.484 is the latest os. What os is your phone running? Options-about

    You can go here and download 484 to your pc, then run loader.exe after thats located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    It should trigger it if your running a lesser version..

    Rim actually pulled the update from DM because there were problems with the update deleting BBM off of some tours. You can still download it from RIM or go to Sprint - Software Downloads - Select your device type and then run the .exe file on your computer for DM to install it
