It is on the label on the box. It is just above the line that shows WHERE it was built (mex or canada). It is dd/mm/yy rather than the US standard but without the //'s so it is just the numbers.
Is there a bad build time, like mine says 170709 which I'd july. I just got it last monday, and I have the �rackball issues and the screen ripple. Thanks

If you read the "green dot" threads, most suggest that a Tour from mid-August or later is supposedly "fixed" or, at least, rechecked before being sent out by Rim. Return yours if it is not working well.
