Default help on tour

hi people, i have a blackberry tour 9630 and i bricked it when installing OS 5.0. now i have a problem installing the OS and also returning the OS 4.7 back on it cause the comp can not read the device making it hard to install the OS... i was wondering if there was any other possible ways to install the OS without using the usual way cause every comp i connect the blackberry it doesn't connect. Any ideas crazy or sane needed, i really need help if anyone can hear me and help me i would truly appreciate...

Are you using a pc? Do you have a 507 reload software? How are you trying to install the OS? DM, loader? If using windows what version?

wipe the device with BBSAK and reload os with App Loader

If your PC won't recognize your BB you probably need to uninstall the OS on your PC via the control panel, add or remove programs. Recommend you then run CCleaner to clean your registry. Reinstall the OS on your PC and it should recognize your BB then. Good Luck!

Thanks i will download the CCleaner to see if it will connect to the pc coz i wiped it with BBSAK and i dont have a back up

Well i am using a laptop and the bb has a reload software 507 and when installing using the loader when it reaches reconnecting to jvm it says no device connected

Well i am using a laptop with win7 ultimate. My tour says reload software 507. And everytime i try to connect it with the dm or the load when it reachs at reconnectin to jvm it says the device isnt connected.

reinstall and restart your pc first? then try connecting using BBSAK
