Help! Phone Frozen / Stuck During Update!!!

OK, so I decided to update my 9630 phone for the first time in a while so I plugged in my phone into my laptop and began installing w.e the latest version of OS5 was (I like it more than OS6).

Anyways so it goes through the backup stage fine, then it is in the "Install" Phase. It is currently stuck at about 70% and says "Reconnecting to JVM". It has been at this point for 4.5 hours now.

Despite the fact that the screen has a warning saying that you should not disconnect or stop the process as it can make the phone unusable, can I just unplug my phone or will it cause damage to it?

What are my options? Thanks for all replies

I think I had this happen once to me. I would recommend you disconnect your BB, reboot your PC, and run AppLoader again.
