My tasks application that is preinstalled to the blackberry(Tour) wont work. When I click on it i get a message that says "Uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.getorWaitFor(0xa1810fd2e049e5f 3)owner died Thread[Thread-425926656,5]

It happened after I did a battery pull. This is one of my most important things on my phone that I use. Does anyone know how to fix this. I just got this phone in after my other Tour was having problems with the track ball and speaker. I really don't feel like having to go and get another one. Also I installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager for my Mac, could that have been part of the problem?

try plugging it in to your DM and using the apploader to take it off, and then put it back on.

Yeah...now I'm having problems with the new Mac Desktop Manager...it wont delete any of my apps. I am getting an error on that too. That's just my luck..
