I just had to swap out my phone because of a cracked screen. When I did the swap it sent all of my emails, numbers and contacts. It got rid of my PDF,XLS and Doc applications and all of my games. How do I get them back. They are all on my old phone still. Can I get that stuff off before I send it back or is there another way?
The Host Routing Table doesn't have anything to do with this issue.
If the documents are still on the old device, just copy them over manually to the new device. If they are on the Media Card, use Mass Storage Mode. If they are on the Device Memory, use Roxio Media Manager.
As to the games, 1) what doesn't work when you use the Device Switch Wizard? 2) did you back up the third party applications before you updated the software as is recommended? 3) have you tried going back to the site from which you purchased the applications?
when I originally got my tour it already had PDF XLS etc. on it. When I did my switch none of those applications are on it now. I can not view any attachments now.

What does the bolded part mean?
PDF XLS etc is not an application. Are you talking about applications or documents?
Are you asking about Documents to Go? If so, load it from the Application Loader in BlackBerry Desktop Manager or from DataViz's website.
