Hello fellow BB users!

I`ve had my BB Tour for about three months,it is my 3rd phone,and on all of them I have noticed that there is not a "join" feature when I`m trying to make a conference call, there isn`t a "hold" feature, no "conference call" feature, and when I am on a 3-way phone call, I can`t see who I am connected to. Also, if I am on the phone and someone calls it says I am connected to them, and when we hang up, and clear the call it doesn`t go back to being connected to the other caller(although this isn`t a huge problem, I was wondering if anyone had a solution).


I would really appreciate any help that you guys could give ...
