My tour was messing up so i got a replacement one from sprint. When i went to look at my pictures on my SD card, they cant be viewed because there encrypted. I'm I just out of luck and all my pictures are unable to be viewed because its not the original blackberry or is there a way to decrypted them so i can put them on my laptop???

Did you use the "Device Switch Wizard" in Desktop Manager?

You might be able to transfer them to your computer using Desktop Manger, but if you didn't do the Device Switch I don't think it will work. That's the whole point in encrypting your media card, so its contents can't be viewed on anything else but the phone it was encrypted on.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the phone in which the photos were encrypted on then you're SOL. Like I said before, that's how it works.

Try to Google for a software that will read the file extension. You might find something that will work. Good luck!
