    I downloaded a program and it deleted my contacts. Now I am trying to restore and only some of my contacts restore??

    I guess I will ask what program deleted your contacts?

    How are you restoring? Can you try it again?

    Make sure that no filters are being used that would limit/screen the contacts. In Contacts, press BB button and see if FILTERING is happening.
