When I access certain websites, for example citibank, and try to log into my account, I click sign on and nothing happens?? I can get to the site and to the screen where I type in my UN and PW and then I click sign on, and nothing?? Is there a setting I need to do??

Make sure all your java is enabled. I've had better luck on some sites if my browser identification is set to BB instead of IE or Firefox. Depending on the website you may need to allow popups.
