So i plugged in my blackberry to my computer last night to do some updates on it. It was all working fine, then i unplugged it, and now it's just stuck on a white sreen. It doesn't have the timer thing on it just a pure white screen. The device was ever dropped, i took out the battery and inserted it back in. Nothing. When i plug it back into my computer it doesn't read the device.
Same thing happened to me once during an update (I pulled the USB too soon).
It was a matter of taking the battery, SIM and memory card out, plugging in USB then putting the battery back. Once it went through a complete boot I took the battery out and reinstalled the mem card and SIM card. I believe that was the order, if anyone has knowledge on this procedure please post.
