did you change ya theme ?
and also try to (on the main screen) press the bb button and click show all

Screen is still blank!!(HELP!!!). I HAVE to go to view folder to view even when i receive a NEW text(SMS)

You need to relax. Take a deep breath, read through this thread again, and your owner's manual. A battery pull may prove very helpful as well. Good luck!

To OP- combine your email and messages folder, then turn off dial from home screen. Pressing M will then open all your messages, email included.
