At about 1 p.m. today my phone stopped beeping when I received a text, e-mail, Facebook alert, etc. I tried adjusting the sound levels by going to options>ring tones/alerts>messages but with no luck. I also took the battery out for a while but still no luck...
Any help?
I had that problem actually a couple days ago, wiped the phone through the OS, then did a low level wipe, re-installed the OS and nothing fixed it, called VZW and they next-day'd me a new Tour...
