    The receptacle the receives the 3.5mm plug in the side of my Tour has suddenly stopped working. Worked Friday, not yesterday. I have tried the ubiquitous battery pull (several times) but no dice.

    Tried it with two different headsets, and those headsets on a different devices, so I am sure it is the receptacle.

    Any suggestions?

    It's under a year old. BB's have a year warranty. Take it back to Sprint or Verizon and exchange it for a working model.

    Make sure that it is not stuck on speakerphone. Run Media Player and play a song. Try plugging it in/out. But as mentioned, you should have a warranty covering it.

    Thanks - I am working thru my IT guy, as it is a work issued Tour. I am hoping I can just find a quick fix, as I have this one tweaked just the way I want it.

    Although, should I need to replace it, I hear the 9650's are coming to Verizon soon. With my luck, I'll get a refurbished Tour
