I purchased a tour from sprint and I found out that out of the box my phone was unlocked and I was able to use it with my att sim as well. Well I just got a replacement tour from sprint and the new tour I got will no longer work with my ATT sim. It says "SIM REJECTED" I asked sprint about it since the original phone I purchased was unlocked. They said they couldn't help me. Any suggestions or tips to fix this problem so I can use my sprint and ATT service on one phone so I dont have to carry two phones.
