gmail e-mails locked?

I think I have changed a setting. On my bottom dock, I have my icons for calendar, contacts, Dialog e-mail, gmail, and the browser. When I receive an e-mail in gmail, I open the folder, see the unread e-mail, but I can't open the e-mail. I can't even use the menu key. It's as if the e-mails are locked.

If I go to my Messages folder, I can open the e-mail just fine. The Messages folder is on my home screen. I don't want to have to navigate through my icons just to read the e-mail. This is only happening to gmail. My e-mails through the Dialog folder work fine.

What have I done?

Nevermind. E-mail working fine now.
