So i got my new Front bezel faceplate and trackball from Truesupplier today. this was my first time taking apart the tour and i finished the entire install in less than 20min. here are a few pics of the result.
    Trackball and Front bezel faceplate
P.S. the new track ball is amazing i didn't realize how bad the old one was till I used the new one.

this is after removing the top buttons from the old faceplate and putting it on the new one

is this easy to do? will i still be able to use my replacement warranty if i do this? the first appeal of being able to do this is having control over the performance-losing trackball, which i can replace whenever i want.

it was so simple and like you see in tehman's pic above you dont have to remove the screen like a lot of the videos tell you. and no you wont be able to use your warranty unless you change it back and have a friend at VZW, so dont loose your old parts and go make some friends.

will they know that changed anything if you put it back the way it was? and the warranty i'm talking about is that $50 replacement warranty that they always have. for $50 verizon will replace your phone. send it to you in the mail via next day and you send the old one back in the included box.
