Flash Verizon/Sprint blackberry tour to Metro pcs?

Can you flash a Blackberry tour with bad esn to metro pcs? What would still function, the metro pcs website says that flashing a phone to their service only allows calling and texting! however i know their is another way to flash the phone and still keep internet and mms working! Is their a full flash method availible through metro pcs to allow everything to still function? My brother owns a metro pcs store and said he could flash it but im afraid he might basic flash it and wipe out any internet browsing possibilities....any help would be much appreciated, thanks

if its got a bad esn it is stolen or reported lost. get a legit phone.

It will only work on MPCS's old CDMA network which is only in big cities like Detroit, and Chicago for example. Most of their other nation-wide coverage is in the AWS spectrum, so the phone wouldnt work. Best bet is to call Metro, and ask what network is in your area.
