I'm a newbie to the BB as well as to this site (Sprint SERO plan :P). I just got the Tour and wanted to know why is it when I'm on the home screen, when I want to search a person's name, for ex. I hit the letter N, the screen shows Nn (as if I hit the N button twice)- *no contacts*. I don't even push it twice. Do I really have to go through my contacts to do a search? It's a minor thing, but with my ols Moto Q9c it was easy to get to your contacts.
Also, I was trying to buy items online on the Macys site, I got as far as entering all my shipping and billing info, and then I couldn't click the checkout button. Any reason why?
