Early this morning I received a SMS message that appears to have been sent by me, to me. See the screen shot attached. It does not appear to have had any performance issues related to it, but I am curious, does anyone know wha the heck it means???

Might just be spam that people send out and then use some sort of spoofing program to use your own number to send you a message.
