My issue really seems like theres a simple resolve, so sorry if im wasting a thread..

im going to best buy tomorrow to exchange my tour for one that doesnt have so many problems, how can i move all of the data over to the new one?

i created a backup of the tour just now, do i just load that onto my new one? will all of my pictures/contacts/apps switch over?

In addition to the regular backup, do a third party backup as well:

This will ensure you don't lose any apps as well.

the back of the phone heats up like crazy, and i think thats the only problem ive had lol i see what other ppl are talking about with their problems but really not a big deal they need to chill out, the heating up is the only thing i dont like. anyway **** it..best bb ever

A lot of the tours are having issues. I am on my second one right now. My headphone jack was not working correctly.

My trackball recesses way too much, beyond what is comfortable and way beyond what other tours i have used does.

when i press my trackball, call/power buttons the screen ripples

there is a piece of rubber hanging out from between the LCD screen and phone body.. very weird.. but annoying..
