I have searched RIM's tech data base for this error and found nothing. I would call your carrier and innsist they xfer you to RIM. This way it will not cost you anything. If you call them directly they will charge you.

Make sure you have good backup or sync of your device. If it a corruption, then a wipe hand held may resolve it or you might want to re-install the OS on the device. Also your carrier if they cannot resolve it, might replace the device.
