    I am not receiving all of my emails. Any reason for this, or setting?

    Did you log into your BIS account and make sure the PIN is correct? Resend your service books also. Try to pull the battery out and put it back after you resend the service books.

    If you had a BlackBerry before, there should be no reason to edit the settings on your BIS email accounts, if you haven't had one, make sure that the settings are correct on your BIS account for the email accounts you're trying to set up.
