somehow i managed to reset my phone, and i cannot reset up my email, every time i try it says your device encountered a problem with this applications server. Ive restarted, pulled the battery and just about everything else i can think of, can someone give me a suggestion.
A reset shouldn't delete your email addresses...unless it was wiped or something. Weird
There's definitely something up with BIS right now though. I couldn't even access my email settings from my device. Try re-sending your service books from the BIS website.
Then choose your device (for Tour owners, select "Other Blackberry Smartphone Models"), select your carrier and log in....there should be a "Settings" area. Click on "Service Books", then "Send Service Books".
You can also delete and re-add your emails addresses from here as well.
