I just upgraded from the pearl. When I had received the emails on it, it would go to read on my computer account. Why is my new tour not doing it? Something I have to set up? I get the emails, they just don't clear on my AOL account like they did before.
You have to turn wireless reconcile on. From your messages folder options/email reconciliation and make sure wireless reconcile is turned on. Also make sure that the "on conflicts" says mailbox wins.
