I did a security wipe on my phone and gave it to my fiance to use since her curve2 took a dump and I'm not using the Tour any more. Well when I did it all we got her stuff done, except the email settings and pin settings.
How can we change it over to her BBM contact list and her email?
If your fianc� used DM to back up here 9330 regularly you could use DM to restore all if her contacts to the 8330. The PIN is tied to the device so I don't know what you mean when you want to transfer her pin settings. If you don't have a backup of her 9330 there is not much you can do.

she doesn't have a 9330 she had a 8530, and I had a 9630.
Now I've had about 5 bb tours in a year. and when ever you get a new device you go to BBM and put your email in and if you did the email backup it will restore your BBM back to what you had it as before on your old BB.

That's should work, but eveidently there is a problem. You could also restore from DM. Does she have a DM backup?
