Email is not recognizing my contacts
Hi everyone - I'm new here and I apologize if there an existing thread for this. I searched and could not find one.
I have two email accounts on my BB Tour - my email account I have with Qwest and an old AOL account. I really only use my Qwest email. I'm not sure if it matters to mention that.
A few days ago my email on the BB stopped recognizing contacts. If I am trying to send an email and I start typing in the "To" field, it should pull up a list of contact. For example, if I start typing "M", it should pull up all contacts beginning with "M," etc. A few days ago it stopped doing this. I am in my contact list as "Me." If I type "Me" into the "To" field, nothing happens. When I hit the BB icon to bring up the menu, all I can do is save it as a draft. This occurs regardless of what email is showing in the "Send Using" field.
I have no problem receiving emails or replying; just sending new emails. I do not have the same problem with text messages - only emails.
I did not turn off or reset my BB in the time it went from working to not working. I have since done a soft reset but still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
