when i received my replacement tour, my email would not work. so the guy at verizon set up an account with me on the blackberry website to try and validate it online. didnt work there either, and now when i try to do it thru my device i get a message on my email settings screen asking me to login (with the username and password the guy at verizon made for me).
heres my problem: i dont remember the username that he gave me. any suggestions on what i can do?
