    HI! The past tow days i havent received any emails - i did "register now" and i tried resending service books but the new bis website for vzw dosent have that option??? help please!!!!!

    Resend service books from the phone. Go to manage internet email and you can do it from there or call VZW and hav ethem do it for you

    Good question, did you update in the wrong language recently? I just update mine and I d not have that issue. If it is not in dollars, what is it in?

    I thought that BIS 2.8 was out and that was one of the features users will see on their end????? Maybe I have bad info

    You have always been able to send service books from your device. The update to BIS 2.8 was on the back end at RIM. They made a few layout changes on the BIS site for VZW, one being that they moved the "Service Books" option to the Help section as opposed to being stand alone.

    No worries! Has T-Mo cleaned up their BIS and make it more easily accessible again? Was trying to help a friend out with her 8120 shortly after they changed their site, and it was a nightmare.

    Yep, they have it fixed now, its right on the very first page when you log in, makes sense right? Don't know why it took them 3 months and thousands of angry customers to figure that out

    I was pretty shocked! That was just complete nonsense! Glad to hear that they fixed it though.
