    Did you delete from the BIS account on PC? After deletion, did you resend your service books? Did you reset phone?

    If the reset doesn't correct the problem, re-registering your phone has been known to fix little quirks like this.

    Go to OPTIONS > ADVANCED OPTIONS > HOST ROUTING TABLE > MENU > REGISTER NOW.
