E-mails open folder automatic open

Hello i have a 8330 curve . Starting yesterday my e-mail folders open by themselves when a e-mail is received. How can i turn that off . Thanks for your help. Mike

Can you elaborate on what you're seeing? If your 8330 is in the holster, and you receive an email alert, and you remove the 8330 from the holster within 15 seconds of receiving the alert, the BlackBerry assumes you want to see the new message and helpfully opens it for you. Is that what you're seeing? If so, that behavior cannot be disabled. You can prevent it by waiting more than 15 seconds to unholster your 8330.

in its not in holster. use to get a little asteris next to e-mail envolope now which even e-mail address receives an email that box is opened by itself.
