So I had to get a new Tour because of the trackball issue. I backed up with the Blackberry Manager on my PC and reloaded it. Everything has been fine until I realized I wasn't receiving e-mails to my Verizon Blackberry e-mail and I can't sent e-mails either. When I try to send one it says "Transaction error - failure at service".
you will need to change you bis account to your new blackberry if you are not aware of how to do that call vzw tech and they will have you up and running in 5 minutes, 8009220204 opt 3
I figured it out, I forgot to switch over the e-mail account to my phone like you said. It's easily done by just going to the e-mail setup application for anyone else that encounters this.
